I’m learning Mandarin and I want an electronic dictionary. I’m gonna be in Taipei for a few days soon. Does anyone know where there I can find a good affordable electronic dictionary? I want one that supports simplified characters and has more than one trustworthy dictionary like Oxford, Webster, etc…

Go to Guanghua Electronic Market (MRT Chunghsiao Hsinsheng) for the best deals.

Look for the brand BESTA and choose the model that fits you best (some have color screens that hike up the prices and stuff)

Their line of dictionaries include Oxford (I think) and English to Chinese and Chinese to English dictionaries, and a load of other stuff

Frequency frm india uses softwares to create music(to add to their band’s sound)…bands like limp bizkit, linkin park use these softwares to some extent……different effects can also be added!but which software……nd pls suggest me a good recording software aswell……..i want good sound but i do my recordings at home!

If you have a Mac i would suggest Logic (express if your poor, pro if your rich) for recording as most pro studios use them so its great to do home recordings and then maybe take them to a pro studio for the day to polish em up. Its kinda tricky to get used to but once you get the knack its pretty intuitive. May bee for live sound you could look into a synthesizer that triggers samples. Some have software with them

I got the Health E-Cigarette yesterday and it has been charing for about 12 hours now. i have taken it off every few hours to see if there is even a hint of smoke/vapor or something. and nothing!!! i dont know wuts wrong.. its a cheap one, since its my first one
is it possible the battery could be no good?
and do they come charged? becuz mine wasnt even working from the start. what should i do and what do u think is wrong?

p.s. If u have any suggestions about buying another e-cig make sure its still kinda cheap or a good deal becuz i cant really afford much.

It sounds like either your battery or charger is dead or your atomizer is dead. If you have a volt multimeter you can check all of them.

I would look into returning it and trying something else.

How much will the new 3g iphone cost (8g,16 g) in Australia?

Is it true that the iphone will cost $200 US for the 8g? and $300 US for the 16g? How much are they going to cost when they come out in Australia. (without a plan with optus, telstra, ect.) unlocked?

I’m having a big sweet sixteen, and lots of my family members are willing to spend a few hundred dollars on me. so what should I ask for. I have most basic things already. tv, car, ipod, stereo things like that. how about something out of the ordinary? my uncle’s buying me a coach bag but Id rather some electronics. doesnt have to be though. I’m girly.
forgot to mention: I can’t ask for money. My family members want to be remembered for actually buying something special for me. I’m not so much of a game person.

Electronic meters are better, as they are very accurate and can not be easily tempered. On the other hand ordinary meters can be easily tempered and some time give false reading.

Also in many states, electricity board are making electronic meter compulsory.
