How does my e cigarette work?

I got the Health E-Cigarette yesterday and it has been charing for about 12 hours now. i have taken it off every few hours to see if there is even a hint of smoke/vapor or something. and nothing!!! i dont know wuts wrong.. its a cheap one, since its my first one
is it possible the battery could be no good?
and do they come charged? becuz mine wasnt even working from the start. what should i do and what do u think is wrong?

p.s. If u have any suggestions about buying another e-cig make sure its still kinda cheap or a good deal becuz i cant really afford much.

It sounds like either your battery or charger is dead or your atomizer is dead. If you have a volt multimeter you can check all of them.

I would look into returning it and trying something else.

Check out reviews on youtube, and read some forums.

Both have links to reputable vendors – you might be able to just buy a couple of batteries from a vendor with your brand.
