In order to buy wholesale you generally need to have a registered business or buy from a wholesaler who is "open to the public" which essentially means they are a retailer with cheap prices.

In the U.K you will either have to have a V.A.T. number or a company registration number.

If your looking for electronics cheaply try Powersellers on eBay. You can also buy in bulk off these Powersellers.
