I need to buy some electronic goods before I leave Europe for India. So I looking for places where taxes are low on white goods or Electronic goods like phones, Digital cameras etc.

Belgium or Eastern Europe (i.e. Hungary)

Sales tax, TVA, call it as you will is between 15 and 25% throughout Europe, so as you can see there are no low tax rates. Also "White Goods" and the items you describe are not the same. "White Goods" is a term used to describe kitchen appliances such as cookers, fridges, washing machines etc. Some items within the generic term "White Goods" are deemed to be necessities and attract a lower rate of sales tax.
