If you are using Windows, Windows Media Player has a Rip function that you can change the format to output as wav format. It’s free and works well.

iTunes, Windows Media Player, and basically every other music player have the option to rip music from CD. Quick note on formats: mp3 is most common, especially for portable players because of its small size, but lacks some quality. Other formats will play on your computer but not on most music players. With the CD, though, you still have the originals so you can rip it again in a different format if need be.

try LavavoCDRipper, it definitely meets your needs.
Far from being a simple CD ripper, Lavavo has become the ‘hit’ software for thousands of music lovers because of its ability to Rip, Convert, Burn and Copy without the hassle found in so many other software packages. In fact, most competing products don’t even include a multi-format conversion tool as a free add-in, making Lavavo CD Ripper ahead of the pack already!
