Where can I buy an electronic device to balance my accounts?

Where can I buy an electronic device in store or online that I can use to balance my accounts.
Something I can keep in my purse, enter a starting balance, will keep track of deposits and withdrawals I enter, and state the ending balance
There’s gotta be a better way than this paper and pen thing, right? haha

But I want to keep track of my pending items that won’t be posted to my bank for up to a week.

Why not get a bank statement from your bank? it give all that info you requested
A mini statement from a cash machine, or if you have an online bank account you can view it all online.
