Bargain Electronic Store in Van Nuys, or SOCAL area?

I was told that there is a really good electronic store somewhere in Van Nuys that sells consumer electronics for a cheap price. I have been researching in yahoo yellow pages and I couldn’t find it. The person who told me about it, I have no way of contacting him again.
Any hints?? It’s not a well known store like Fry’s, Radioshack, Bestbuy etc….
I am on a hunt for a 42" 1080dp tv for less than $600
Sony and Toshiba 40" 1080p LCDs cost about $600 @ Fry’s. Might not need to search for that unknown store after all.

first of all……..the only 42" 1080p for less than 600.00 is going to be a piece of garbage so that makes it a non-bargain. I do remember seeing a LG 42lh30 for 599.00 some where…it is a 2009 model but a very good one…..I think that would be your safest bet. So search that model and see what you come up with
secondly….try ‘ultimate electronics’….they are out there I think…but Fry’s would probably have the best price…….
Don’t even consider a Vizio or Toshiba you may see at some places….they are really bad……The only good Toshiba is there ‘Cinema Series’ which at that size would be around
1000.00…..and Vizio, well they are just a 3rd party brand NOT a mfr. their quality is too inconsistent. You never know what you are getting when you buy a Vizio, and nobody will fix them if you have a problem…and chances are you will have a problem
